AlphaGraphics will have staff at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott where you can pick up your poster beginning on Sunday, March 17, 2013 and daily throughout the conference for those last minute orders. Having on-site pickup saves time and hassles of printing at home and carrying it to the conference. For ease of taking your print back home for future use, the price also includes a durable tube should you need one.
Easy, Secure Ordering & File Upload
Simply upload your print ready PDF to our order site, fill in the contact information and check out using a credit card on our secure website. We will output your order at our shop located just blocks from The Woodlands Waterway Marriott and hold it at the Poster Pick-Up counter located on the first floor of the hotel.
File Preparation
File Type:
Print ready PDF files - In order to ensure maximum quality and exact reproduction of the poster you create, we only accept print ready PDF files. If for some reason, you cannot send us print ready PDF files, please note that there will be a file intervention fee. These fees depend on the time required for us to convert and adjust your files to the PDF format and may delay your printing.
Page Size:
44” x 44” (112 cm x 112 cm) - During creation of your poster or the PDF conversion, your page size should be set to 44” x 44” (112 cm x 112 cm). We will print all posters this size, if your poster is smaller it will be output and trimmed to the finished size of 44”x44” (112 cm x 112 cm), leaving a white border around the image area not used.
File Quality:
300 dpi (minimum) - Output your file at a minimum resolution of "300 dpi" in order to maintain sharp text, lines and keep the quality of your images.
Timing:
Orders are being processed now - You can order your poster or other printed material in advance, we are processing and printing posters now. All orders are processed in the order that they are received, pre-orders will be ready at the hotel on Sunday March 17, 2013 during registration.

Given our preferred partner role with USRA, AlphaGraphics Woodlands is offering a volume discount to all presenters. Our prices are typically lower than the nearest local printing provider in The Woodlands and we will bring your poster directly to the conference.
In addition to printing your posters, we can also print hand out size copies of your poster, publications, booklets or anything else you may need printed while you’re attending the conference. Last minute orders
We know they happen - Sometimes we can’t avoid last minute orders and typically we can handle them without missing a beat! If you submit the file to us with 24 hours or less lead time before your desired pick up time, we will do our very best to have your printing done on time. Chances are we can do it -- but it's best to avoid the last minute stress and rush.Even if it’s a last minute order, please place your order on the site or at the Poster Pick-Up counter, if we can’t make the desired pick up time/date, we will contact you ASAP and refund your money.
Pick-Up:
On-site at the Waterway Marriott Hotel - AlphaGraphics Woodlands will have a staffed Poster Pick-Up counter located on the 1st floor of the hotel, near the poster and exhibit hall.
On-Site Orders:
Yes, we can help you - Posters and other printed materials may also be ordered on-site at the Poster Pick-Up counter, however, handling the transactions on-line and in advance will ensure that it’s ready in time for your presentation.

Step By Step Ordering
• Click "Buy Now" on this page, create a login using your email account, this ensures that we can communicate with you when we receive your order or if there are any questions or concerns regarding your order. The order site will also ask for the date and time of your presentation, since we are printing at our shop located a few blocks away and delivering to the hotel several times a day we want to be sure we have your poster On-site when you need it!
• Pay for your poster with a credit card through our secure PayPal-based payment system. Note: you do not need a PayPal account to use it; all major credit cards work with this system.
• Upload your print ready poster file or other documents you need printed to The AlphaGraphics Woodlands file upload site. After you upload your file, you will receive an email notification indicating that the file was received by our store.
• Stop by the Poster Pick-Up Counter located on the 1st floor of the hotel, near the poster and exhibit hall.
